CSR Europe has welcomed Peter Horsten as its new Senior Manager, bringing over 25 years of experience in business strategy, digital transformation, and sustainability.

In his new role, Peter will lead the service delivery team and focus on translating corporate sustainability goals into measurable, real-world impact.

CSR Europe has appointed Peter Horsten as its Senior Manager. In this capacity, Peter will lead and strengthen the team responsible for delivering high-impact services to our members and partners, ensuring they receive strategic support to drive measurable progress in their sustainability agendas.

Peter brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience in business strategy, digital transformation, and sustainability. As co-founder and Managing Director of Goyello, he successfully built and scaled a software development firm, later acquired by Aspire Systems. Most recently, as Chief Growth Officer at AgUnity, Peter focused on deploying digital solutions for smallholder organisations in emerging markets, enabling compliance with key regulations such as the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). His work also involved guiding international coffee traders and brands through the complexities of EUDR compliance.

At CSR Europe, Peter is committed to leveraging his deep expertise in solution-driven approaches and cross-sector collaboration. His strategic focus will be on empowering the team, enhancing partnerships, and ensuring that sustainability commitments translate into actionable, results-oriented initiatives.
