The Covid-19 pandemic triggered an unprecedented shock, affecting the everyday operations of almost every business across sectors. As a result, companies have been forced to rethink their materiality.
Environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues such as employee health, safety & wellbeing and labor practices, changed overnight from posing a moderate risk to being essential to business continuity. It became increasingly evident the need to integrate Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility both horizontally and vertically within organisations.
However, to implement such a transformation, professionals in all traditional business functions need to be trained to understand corporate sustainability and responsibility issues. Therefore, training programs on the responsible management of sustainability are needed.
In this context, CSR Hellas will present its CSR School. This new educational initiative aims at providing advanced training on the inclusion of corporate sustainability and responsibility at the core of one’s business strategy to build resilient organizations that generate added value for society.
